Le Pradet is a charming village on the Var coast which extends over 7 Km of coastline. 8 Km from Toulon and 14 from Hyères, Le Pradet has retained the authentic charm of the southern villages. Wild coves alternate with fine sandy beaches surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. Le Pradet also has a small, typically southern port. You are a 4' walk from the village and its Provençal market, its shaded square, lively with bars, restaurants, local shops and a 20' walk from the beaches. Cravéro Park, the center of summer festivities recognized in the region, is 350 meters from the apartment. The bus at the foot of the residence takes you in 5 minutes to the beaches of the Garonne and Oursinières. You can take the cycle path from Toulon to the Hyères salt marshes. No car ? bus 39 will take you directly from the SNCF and bus stations of Toulon to the center of Le Pradet (stop 350 meters from the property) to Hyères via the famous Almanarre beach (20 minutes by bus from Le Pradet) . This property is also ideal for discovering our beautiful region by car: 25 minutes from the boat to Porquerolles, 1 hour from Marseille, 1 hour 10 minutes from Aix en Provence, 1 hour 45 minutes from Nice.
