Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming studio with sea view, nearby from the beach, of a surface of 22 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 22 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 m². Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 22 m². - A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×200) - A bathroom with shower and toilet equipped with sanibroyeur. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A condominium garden with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot - price 40euros). -Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
