The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Vars, this charming 39 m² flat with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, an open-plan sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - An open-plan sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A shower room with shower and WC Outside : - A 10 m² terrace with mountain views and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
