You can also enjoy a private terrace and a shared garden. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 15 m² with two sofa beds (90x190), TV and a dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob... - Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190) with a cupboard. - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed. - Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, WC. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A private terrace of 15 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Common area: - A shared garden with direct access to the park and children's games. - Access to a shared laundry in the residence. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Sheets and towels are provided. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
