Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). With its large bay window, the balcony extends the living room with a magnificent view of the village of Ancelle and Vieux Chaillol. The accommodation comprises - 19 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200cm) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside area : - A north-east-facing balcony of approx. 5 m² with furniture to make the most of sunny days. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
