The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Porticcio, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sea view, in 7 minutes with feet of the beach of Agosta, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy the view. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and armchairs. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). Sheets and towels included. - A bathroom with shower. - A separate toilet. Outside : - A terrace of about 9 m² with electric awning, facing west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For more comfort : double glazing, barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are indicative, subject to change by our partner. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (fiber optic). - Pets not allowed. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
