We are a family with two children of 10 and 20 years old, we enjoy our stay in the mountains in winter as well as in summer, we would like to take into account any remarks or suggestions that can help us to improve your stay in our flat.

Property information

Le Cocon Eris is a south-facing flat on the 7th floor (level N) of the Mongie-Tourmalet residence, offering ideal exposure and uninterrupted mountain views. A secure key box allows you to enter the flat independently on the day of arrival. The access to the slopes is done at the exit of the residence, skis on (idem for the return). The residence has a shopping mall in the lower parts (levels C and D), where you will find several sports shops, several restaurants, pizzerias and bars or cafés, the French Ski School office, the ski lift ticket office, a mini-market (please note that the shops are open during the winter season, but generally close during the summer...). A cellar is associated with our flat: it is the place where you can safely store your ski, snowboard, boots and/or bike equipment. This cellar is equipped with pegs to dry clothes overnight. A free shuttle bus runs between the village and the residence throughout the day during the winter season. The flat has a cosy children's sleeping area with curtains that turn it into a hut. The bunk beds have 80 cm wide beds. The sofa bed offers good sleeping comfort (140 x 190) and is very easy to handle: there are absolutely no cushions to remove or move. The kitchen is equipped with a combined microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a two-burner induction cooker with a hood. On the worktop are a family coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a raclette / pierrade machine in the flat. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet. Household linen is not provided; it is the tenant's responsibility to bring it with them (or rent it on site).
