Please note that there is no elevator at the hotel. Public parking is available nearby with a discount. Hôtel Médiéval has agreements with Parking des Halles and Parking du Palais des Papes. A 20% discount is applied upon presentation of the parking ticket at the hotel reception. Please note that if you have a toll, it must be removed before entering the car park, otherwise we cannot apply the discount, the charge will be made directly on the toll. Please note that special requests regarding bed types are not possible for last minute reservations.
Please note that for a reservation of more than 5 rooms, a deposit of 30% is required. This deposit should be paid at the moment of the reservation by credit card or by bank transfer. The banc account informations
will be sent by mail once the reservation is received. This deposit is non-refundable if the rooms are cancelled less than 21 days before arrival.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
