We propose to you to the rent, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming apartment within a haven of peace, profiting from a splendid sea view, in 300 meters of the beach, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony. We are waiting for you ! The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 16 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). - An alcove with bunk beds. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : - A balcony facing South West, about 7 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the sea view. The apartment is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment within a secured villa. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Other remarks : - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. - Free Wifi available. - Access to a room for washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. - Animals are allowed in the accommodation. You will access the accommodation independently: by collecting the keys from an Igloo home box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, please contact us so that we can organize a key collection.
