The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming 50 m² flat with sea view, less than 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower area. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 22 m² living room with TV and sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen, including a nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds) - Shower area - Separate WC Outside area : - A 4 m² sea-view balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
