Le Panoramic Boutique Hôtel is situated in Nice, a 10-minute drive from the Promenade des Anglais. This 19th-century villa offers en-suite guestrooms with free Wifi access. The rooms have a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. Most rooms have a view on the city or the sea, and a terrace or a balcony. The hotel features a panoramic room, called the "360°", overlooking the city and the sea, where breakfasts are served every day. Among other options, you can enjoy our continental breakfasts (€11), American breakfasts (€16). The Saint-Jean-d'Angely Université tram stop is a 20-minute walk down the hill. There are two bus stops within a 30-second walk of the hotel. The hotel is a 3-minute drive from Nice-Riquier train station and a 5-minute drive from the Port of Nice and the new Palais des Congrès. Free public parking is available nearby.
