It features a lovely south-facing living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 700 m² garden, We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises First floor - A 40 m² south-facing living room with sofa, TV and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate WC on the second floor - Work area with screen and keyboard available - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot, high chair, free-standing bath and changing table. Other remarks : - an extra bed (120x190) is available in the work area on the second floor - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of 15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels optional, to be booked with the manager before your stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
