New chalet for 15 people with 6 bedrooms near the family ski resort of La Croix Fry. Enjoy a relaxing or sporty stay with an exceptional view. The keys will be handed over personally. Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement Beautiful new chalet "Chez Lucyvon" of 160 m2 ideal for family gatherings. It is arranged on three levels with an exceptional view on the Aravis mountains. Garden level : - 2 bedrooms with a double bed, - 1 dormitory with 4 single beds, - 1 bathroom, - 1 independent toilet, - 1 laundry room, First floor: - 1 room with shower room, - 1 independent WC, - 1 living room with open kitchen, First floor: - 1 master bedroom with bathroom, - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed, - 1 games room on the mezzanine, The chalet has a garage and 9 parking spaces outside. It is very well equipped for a family stay: ski room, wifi, raclette machine, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), washing machine, dryer, table soccer, mini table tennis table, many other outdoor and indoor games, furnished terrace with gas barbecue. Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. For a pleasant stay, the chalet is located in a quiet hamlet 5 minutes drive from the family ski resort of La Croix Fry. The ski bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. La Clusaz and its 85 slopes are less than 15 minutes away by car. Access to the slopes is by car or ski bus. In the Clusaz, life also goes on in the summer with the discovery of its lively mountain pastures between hiking and mountain biking: there are 9 downhill mountain bike trails, 20 cross country and 1 enduro trail, 13 of which are suitable for families. Trails adapted to all levels and marked out on : Saint Jean de Sixt, la Clusaz, le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. You have direct access from the chalet to the hiking trails. To cool off, an outdoor heated swimming pool, in the heart of the resort of Merdassier located 8 minutes...
