We are situated on the outskirts of Mouhet, a small hamlet, in peaceful, pretty countryside, 5 minutes from exit 21 of the A20 motorway. There are restaurants about 10 minutes away. There is a lovely walk behind our property which our guests enjoy, to stretch after their drive, walk their pets, or just to contemplate nature. We are also 5 minutes walk from the football pitch, and children's playground that has an outdoor table tennis table. There is a taxi service right on our doorstop.
My husband Howard and I (Lynne), have opened our appartment business to welcome travellers who need a warm, comfortable and peaceful place to stay, either overnight or for longer periods in order to explore the lovely region we are in. We have 5 acres of land, and have a small plant nursery business, which keeps us busy, and you are very welcome to wander around. While here you may meet our 2 sons, Daniel and Dean if they are here, who helped with all the renovation work. We live in a separate house next door, and are always available if needed.
We are situated on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Mouhet, which has a bakery and post office, in peaceful countryside 5 minutes from the motorway. There are restaurants nearby, and we have a lovely country walk behind our property, ideal to stretch your legs, or walk the dog. There are many beautiful places to visit in the region, Crozant with its medieval fortress, a lovely walk along the river, and canoe hire in Summer. Le château at Gargilesse, with signposted walks, and winding streets, and the medieval town of St Benoît du Sault, with many places to eat, and beautiful medieval buildings and streets. There are also many lakes near us, some with sandy beaches, and hundreds of well signposted walks.
