Located on the first floor, it comprises a 29 m² living room, equipped open kitchenette, a shower room and a 2,500 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises : - 29 m² living room with sofa, queen-size bed (160×200), TV, dining area - An open-plan kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, WC Exterior: - The studio is set in 2500 m² of private, unfenced grounds. The garden has typical Corsican vegetation with oaks, olive trees, oleander bushes and cacti. - The private terrace is surrounded by oak trees, with a magnificent view over the bay and furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other notes : - Parties are strictly forbidden.
