This charming 36 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, can accommodate up to 3 travelers and is located in L'Île-Rousse. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). The apartment comprises : - 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) on the mezzanine. - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
