The bussines idea was born from our story, We are Cyril and Eva, mixed couple from Asia and Europe, (Indonesia and France) when I arrived in France where it was not easy to find a job, we had a studio that needed to be repared, we renovated our small studio with a unique design and it turned out to be going well, from the start we had 1 apartment to become 2 and In 2018, we opened the first fully furnished apartment building in Aubiere and launched villa Noellet. Currently, the company has 6 appartements more than 5 years of experience in providing serviced accommodation.

Neighbourhood information

You have access around you to shops that are useful on a daily basis: bakeries, butchers, grocery store, wine merchant,... On Sunday mornings the market takes place at the bottom of your home in the center of Aubière! The residence is located at the foot of bus line n°3 ("Casati" stop) this line will take you to the heart of the city of Auvergnate in 15 minutes, if you take the car it will take 10 minutes. At 5 km is the Zenith d'Auvergne and most of the fast axes (motorways, ring road). Also 15 minutes by car you can enjoy the Lacs de la Casière and Aydat Provision of a parking space in the residence and availability in the event of a second vehicle just a few meters from free parking. We have a secure box allowing you to collect the keys to the apartment whenever you want at any time of the day. However, the apartment will be ready to welcome you from 3 p.m.
