Couple of individuals offers for seasonal rental this pleasant studio on the ground floor, with a private garden and garden furniture.
The 35m² accommodation for 2 people is located just 300 meters from the sandy beach in Juan Les Pins, in a quiet area. You will feel right at home. The apartment has a comfortable Queen Size bed , television, internet, kitchenette, bathroom and parking space in front of the apartment.
Owners living on site, we will be at your disposal during the stay to advise you on the visits to be made.
