Cozy, quiet and bright apartment in a residence overlooking Paris and surrounded by lush greenery in the beautiful districts of Meudon. Ideal for spending a stay in an exceptional apartment at the gates of Paris. Located in Meudon Bellevue: - 10 min walk from Meudon Bellevue station (Direct Gare Montparnasse in 10 min) - 10 min walk from Tramway T2 (Porte de Versailles/La Defense) - 7 min by bus or 15 min walk from metro line 9 - Pont de Sèvres The apartment is 41m2. Composed of a magnificent master bedroom, a spacious living room, a large functional kitchen and a superb bathroom. The accommodation is ideal for two people, possibility to sleep up to three. The photos of the apartment actually correspond to the condition of the apartment. This one is very well equipped. Especially in dishes and kitchen equipment. The residence in which the apartment is located is very wooded and very quiet, that is to say with no road traffic nearby… Below the residence is the Seine, with Île Seguin and the now well-known Seine Musicale! The residence has a magnificent view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower!
