## The space Our apartment on the ground floor, not overlooked, consists of: • An entrance hall with storage • A large air-conditioned and very bright living room, overlooking the garden. The air-conditioned room includes a beautiful living room area with a convertible sofa and a large open kitchen area, fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, 4-burner hob, oven, fridge/freezer combination, microwave... and a table for eating meals which can accommodate 6 people. • A bathroom with shower, single sink and towel dryer • Independent WC • 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed • An enclosed garden with its gas plancha, its electric awning, its deckchairs, its dining table, its outdoor shower, its parasol and its direct and private access to the beach The accommodation includes: - Vacuum cleaner and drying rack - Storage and wardrobes - WIFI and television Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
