In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 56 m² flat which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - A 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower and washing machine - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), integrated shower room with WC - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - An 8mx1m west-facing balcony with harbour views. Other remarks : - The living room is air-conditioned - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
