Located on the first floor, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 60 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with two double sofa beds (140×190), TV, dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and single bed - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - Two terraces of 25 m² and 35 m², facing east, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - 50 m² shared garden, fully enclosed Other remarks : - WIFI - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
