I am an investment banker who just spent a few years travelling and working around the world and now came back to my hometown London to enjoy my long-missed London life. I believe what Samuel Johnson said: When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life; for there is in London all that life can afford! I am the live-in landlord next door (until 21/05/2025 when I move out), so let's all be quiet, considerate and keep the room clean like our own homes, so smoking, drinking and partying will NOT be allowed. You will get the keys from a lock box downstairs for your 24/7 check-in / check-out, I will send detailed info pack closer to your arrival. Normally the earliest check-in is 2PM afternoon and the latest check-out is 12PM noon (as it will take 2 hours to clean the room) . However, if you do need an early check-in (before 2PM) or late check-out (after 12PM) for your luggage, let me know in advance, as between 12-2pm, the cleaner might be able to watch over your luggage while cleaning (please take the valuables with you). If it is outside of 12-2pm period, you can always use STASHER website, there are lots of luggage storage places in Angel within 5-10 minutes walk away. The latest possible check-in time is generally 11:00pm (if later than 11:00pm it might affect other guests’ (if any) sleep. Please double check with me if you will arrive later than 11pm in advance, I will give you some advice on how to check in as quietly as possible. The quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 9:00am in the flat. As you know there are different groups of guests staying in other bedrooms in the same flat at the same time, let’s all respect each other and be quiet during those hours, so we all can have a peaceful London holiday together.

Welcome to my brand new super large 4 bedroom/3 bathroom flat in Angel of Zone 1, the very centre of London! Equipped with brand new Italian designer furniture, there is a light and airy feel throughout the flat. I believe this will be the perfect base for your group's trip to London! This flat has 4 large king-size rooms: 1) the Yellow Room, with two European king size beds (160*200) and a private bathroom, hosting up to 4 guests; 2) the Green Room, with one European King size bed (160*200), one single convertible sofa bed (75*200) and a private bathroom, hosting up to 3 guests and 3) the Orange Room, with one European King size bed (160*200), a double sofa and a shared bathroom (shared with me before I move out of the flat on 21/05/2025, and then shared with max 2 guest who will book and stay in my own room aka "Red Room" after I move out), hosting up to 2 guests and 4) the Red Room ( available from 21 May 2025 when I move out of it), with one European double bed (140*200), a double sofa, a full kitchen, a living room with Samsung 55' smart TV, a balcony and a shared bathroom with Orange Room, hosting up to 2 guests. The closest tube station from the flat is Angel Station in Zone 1, which is a 10 minute walk from the flat. The closest bus station is Packington Street Station, which is only 5 minute walk from the flat, with many buses (e.g. 38, 56, 73, 341,476) straight to all places of interest in London. Another quicker way to commute between Angel Station and this flat is only a 3-minute bike ride on the dockless Lime Bike (you can easily download the Lime Bike app) , which are placed right outside of the Angel Station and costing a few pounds.

The name isn’t the only angelic thing about this area – Angel London is voted many times to be the best place to live in London city centre, due to the Zone 1 location, posh and quaint residential area, brilliant restaurants and bars, picturesque canals and leafy streets, as well as the classic English cultural atmosphere throughout.
