Edinburgh Rail Station is a 25-minute bus journey away. Beautiful views across Edinburgh’s city skyline can be enjoyed from Arthur’s Seat which is a 30-minute walk from the property. Rooms feature tea/coffee making facilities, a flat-screen TV, and luxury toiletries. All rooms have a private bathroom, and panoramic views across the Links, Arthur's Peak, Calton Hill, and Edinburgh Castle.

A very warm welcome to the Adelphi Hotel. This Georgian townhouse is a basic hotel with private bathrooms within 1.5 miles (2.4 km) of Edinburgh's major attractions, including the Castle and the Royal Mile. Overlooking Leith Links, originally a golf course in the 15th century, the house is also close to the Royal Museum of Scotland and Holyrood Palace. The Royal Yacht Britannia is berthed at Leith, a 15-minute walk away. Adelphi hotel is a very basic, small hotel with a private bathroom in every room. We do not serve breakfast or meals and the hotel has no bar. The building does not have a lift or air conditioning in the rooms. WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON OUR WARM AND FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE. PLEASE NOTE THAT ADELPHI HOTEL WELCOMES ONLY TOURISTS AND PROFESSIONAL WORKERS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT HOMELESS OR VULNERABLE GROUPS FROM CHARITIES.
