There is a selection of single, twin, family, double and superior double rooms. All rooms are en-suite, have tea and coffee making facilities,televisions , Wi Fi and some rooms have the benefit of a fridge. The guest house is tastefully decorated, benefiting from central heating for those guests who would like to come and visit during the winter months or try Swanage's New Year celebrations. RATES FOR ROOMS DO NOT INCLUDE BREAKFASTS Option to have breakfast at an Additional cost There is a weekly rate for those wanting to stay longer . Special rates apply in the low season for midweek and weekend breaks.
