Bumblebee is a cosy 1- bed chalet at Norton Park Dartmouth sleeps 2 adults, south facing with sun all day; it is 5 mins from the centre of the historic naval town of Dartmouth, Blackpool sands is 6km away; Greenway is 3.3 km and Dartmouth Castle 5.5 km away. The holiday chalet has a kitchen/living/dining area with comfortable 3-seater sofa and footstool, 37" tv + DVD & films a stove-effect fire and a electric oil radiator for the bedroom, dining table and chairs that look out on to the green lawn. Table and chairs for outside if you fancy a cream tea or a glass of wine the electric is via a pound coin meter 5 pound coins will last a weeks stay 2-3 pounds for 3-4 nights we add to the meter so you don’t pay more The kitchen is modern with oven- fridge with small freezer compartment- microwave , well stocked kitchen utensils. we add to Bumblebee every time we come to visit we aim to give a home from home feel in our cosy chalet and keep it looking lovely. Bumblebee is a self check-in with key code cosy 1-bed chalet we have a management team that take care of the chalet when we are not there to clean ourselves white bedding and towels tea towels are all included and we are both on hand anytime you need us please contact us first if you need anything at anytime. An information folder is in the chalet with all numbers and places on local attractions to make your holiday stay more enjoyable. Dartmouth is just 5 min drive to the Town Centre so much to do and see, there is a Sainsbury's and petrol station just 2 mins away a Lidl, leisure centre with indoor swimming pool and park and ride is near Sainsbury's there is a Bus stop outside Norton Park Entrance to Dartmouth & Totnes There is FREE PARKING for you near the chalet couples particularly like the location greenway, Agatha Christie's holiday home is near, steam railway, lots of boat trips and beaches Totnes, Salcombe, Paignton Brixham Torquay all within a short drive. Norton Park is a quiet park set on a 22-acre site with stunning views towards Dartmouth and Start Bay lovely and peaceful yet only a few minutes drive to Dartmouth Town & Harbour its a Beautiful place to be.
Known as the jewel of the south hams the pretty waterside town of Dartmouth is a popular boating centre, boasting a world famous regatta, steeped in history and known for its naval college. It enjoys narrow streets and cobbled lanes, hosting an abundance of chic boutiques and galleries not to mention its array of restaurants delicatessens, pubs and street side cafes. It is a region of rural and coastal Devon in an area of outstanding natural beauty with Dartmoor National Park to the north and one of the UK's most beautiful stretch of coastlines to the south. The moors, rivers, estuaries, beaches and coastline offering stunning scenery and wildlife to enjoy whilst walking sailing golf kayaking windsurfing, cycling or paddle boarding. It is a place where you will want to come back year after year.
