Channel View Guest House was established circa 1940. In more recent years, it has been subject to intense renovation and is currently run by your host Lucy (who has been on site for the past 19 years). In her free time, Lucy works to support various animal rescue organisations. She is also working on her third novel.

CHANNEL VIEW is a fully refurbished B&B situated in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, less than a ten minute drive from the historic naval port of Dartmouth. We are only a short walk away from all the local amenities to include the beach at Blackpool Sands, the Green Dragon Inn and Kendricks Restaurant. We accept a maximum of TWO dogs per room/booking in all of our larger double rooms for a minimum charge of seven pounds per dog, per night. (Please contact us with details for an exact quotation prior to making a reservation.) Please note that due to size restrictions, we don't accept dogs in our small double room, and if you wish to bring a dog(s) you need to let us know in advance of your stay. If you are wish to arrive outside of the agreed check-in window, please ensure that you contact us prior to your arrival to ensure access to the property in our absence. Payment will normally be taken in full in advance of your stay, but if this isn't possible for any reason, any outstanding balance will be required in full upon arrival.
