Channel View Guest House was established circa 1940. In more recent years, it has been subject to intense renovation and is currently run by your host Lucy (who has been on site for the past 20 years). In her free time, Lucy works to support various animal rescue organisations. She is also working on her third novel.

CHANNEL VIEW is a fully refurbished B&B situated in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, less than a ten minute drive from the historic naval port of Dartmouth. We are only a short walk away from all the local amenities to include a well-stocked shop and post office, the award-winning beach and cafe at Blackpool Sands, and the popular Green Dragon Inn. We have a large off-road car park with ample space for all our guests (one car per room). No advance booking is required & there are no additional fees. (Please note: If you require more than one space per room, this will need to be pre-agreed & additional fees are payable). There is an EV charger on site (charged at 45p/KWH). The car park is also protected by CCTV. A maximum of TWO dogs per room are welcome in all rooms except our Small Double Room (due to size restrictions) at an additional charge of seven pounds per dog, per night. Please let us know if you wish to add a dog(s) to your reservation. We also have a fully-enclosed 5-acre field available for our guests/dogs, just a 10-minute stroll from our property. Please let us know when making a booking if this would be of interest and we can provide you with more information. If you wish to visit Dartmouth & are worried about the limited parking, you might be interested to know that we have two parking spaces available (small fee payable/subject to availability) within a short walking distance of the town itself. Check-In: From 5pm. We will provide access information etc prior to your arrival incase of our absence. Check-Out: 10am Early Check-In / Late Check-Out options are available for a small additional fee. Please contact us for more information if required. Payment: Is normally taken in full in advance of your stay, but if this isn't possible for any reason, any outstanding balance will be required in full upon arrival.
