Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 until 21:00 daily. After check-in hours, reception will no longer be available.

When booking three or more rooms, the booking is non-refundable and requires full payment in advance.
For the lost key between 9PM to 9AM (when reception is closed) Guest will pay £100 call out fee.
