Cowslip Corner has its own private entrance with enclosed private garden, balcony style terrace with a sea view of St Bride's Bay. The room is a family sized room comfortably accommodating 2 adults and 2 children with cot available on request. The bed arrangements are a SuperKing (6' wide double bed ) that can split into two 3' single beds if preferred. The room has an ensuite shower room and bunk beds in a side room with an opening circular window. Twin Ensuite and Bunkbed Cabin. Breakfast is an optional extra delivered to your kitchenette area on arrival. . It has its own dining/sitting area, kitchenette, French doors onto terrace looking towards the sea and onto own gated garden. Central heating. Own entrance and parking on the driveway. Cowslip Corner is attached to the main house, Druidston Home Farm. Cowslip Corner is in the Pembrokeshire National Coastal Park between Broad Haven and Newgale at Druidston within walking distance to the National Coastal Path at Druidston Haven. We are 10/15mins walk to the coastal path/beach. Free Wi-Fi access. 1 x clean dog welcome.
I live with my husband Rhod here at Druidston Home Farm. We are not really a farm - just in name. We have 11 Shetland Sheep that graze our 4 acres. I am a member of the Narberth Spinners and Weavers Guild and enjoy wool crafting from our sheep's fleeces. I also like to spend time on the water, sailing, kayaking and canoeing with Rhod who is a powerboat instructor on the haven and keen woodworker when he's not busy working on our small campsite at home.
Cowslip Corner our only private family room let at Druidston Home Farm is situated in the glorious Pembrokeshire National Coastal Park; lovely sandy beaches, breath taking views, big skies, dark skies and glorious sunsets. A walkers paradise. The Druidston Hotel is a 10min walk from us on the Coastal Path (they take Breakfast/Brunch bookings). The nearest shop is a Londis at Broad Haven 2.5miles where you will find a promenade along the beach with plenty of eateries to dine in or takeaway (most dog friendly). We are lucky also to have at Nolton Cross Farm a newly opened farm shop 1 mile away. Our nearest beach Druidston Haven 15min walk, Broad Haven surfing) 5min drive or 2.5miles walk along the coastal path and Newgale (surfing) 15mins drive. The Coastal Path is 10mins walk (may need wellies if its been raining hard). Excellent walking, biking and driving routes. Boat trips to explore the wildlife on and around the islands of Ramsey and Skomer (the best time to see Puffins on Skomer Island is May and June). Major towns: St David's, Haverfordwest, Fishguard, Pembroke, Milford Haven, little further Tenby and Cardigan about 45mins by car. Travel information including bus timetables can be found on the Pembrokeshire County Council website - click visitor; this also has a great guide as what Pembrokeshire has to offer our guests on holiday. Fflescsi bus Fflecsi buses pick you up and drop you off in the service area and not just at a bus stop.
