Three bedrooms, spacious living area and kitchen and an ample garden with patio and outdoor eating areas. A short drive to the north Cornish coast and Seven Bays region of Cornwall with a wide range of outstanding beaches. The famous town of Padstow is within 5 miles, and its half hour drive to the south coast of Cornwall and the Eden project. Three bedroom holiday home, spacious living and dining area. Modern fitted kitchen. Master bedroom with double bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Two further bedrooms with built in wardrobes, each with two single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower. Freshly decorated throughout in 2021. Ample outside areas for dining and relaxing. Bed linen and towels are not provided, guests will need to bring towels sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. Pillows and duvets are provided in all bedrooms. The park is set a short drive from St Merryn village. The park has a bar, small shop (based in the bar, afternoon/evening only), two tennis courts, and a children's play area. The property has an off road parking space for one car, with additional parking spaces near by. All bookings are a minimum of 2 nights, with flexible check in dates subject to availability.

I enjoy spending time and relaxing at Parc Trethias, a great base for surfing, cycling and walking in Cornwall. I love that I am able to offer my home to others so they too can enjoy all that Cornwall and in particular the beautiful Seven Bays area has to offer.
