Welcome to our charming Georgian property in the heart of Dartmouth. This elegant retreat with parking offers a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort, making it an ideal holiday destination for families and groups of up to seven guests. The property features three spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to seven people. At the rear, you'll find a stunning, large, elevated decking area that offers breathtaking views of Dartmouth and the River Dart. This property is perfect for those wishing to be close to the town yet not too central. It is within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and the centre of Dartmouth. All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided, and the property benefits from WIFI. To make your stay even more special, a welcome basket will be provided. Please note that due to the steps approaching this property and to the decked terrace, it may not be suitable for those with impaired mobility. Additionally, young children must be supervised at all times due to the height and steps to the terrace.

Blackpool Sands is the closest beach, a five-minute drive or a one-hour and half walk away along the South West Coast Path.
