It was home to the original harbour master, back when Broughty Ferry was used as an international fishing port. As you step into this beautifully designed space, you'll immediately be captivated by the vibrant and stylish interior. Newly renovated in 2023 with the environment and sustainability in mind, much of the furniture, fixtures, and fittings are recycled, upcycled, locally sourced and true to the heritage of the property. Every room has been thoughtfully decorated with a keen eye for detail, featuring modern, vibrant colors that create a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere. The furniture and decor have been carefully selected to provide both comfort and style, and the artwork adds a touch of elegance and character to each space. The apartment is split over two levels, enhancing the sense of space and privacy. On the ground floor, you'll walk into a welcoming entrance hall where there's a spacious lounge and dining area with views over the water that will be hard to beat. There's a double bedroom, WC and stylish kitchen on this floor too. The upper level consists of the master bedroom, a true sanctuary with its luxurious en suite bathroom equipped with a refreshing shower, along with another king size bedroom, dressing room with futon and family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

A short stroll will take you right to the sandy shores of Broughty Ferry beach, where you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and the calming sound of the waves. The quaint, charming feel of the local area adds to the allure, making you feel right at home in this seaside haven. Stroll along to Urban Beach at the Glass Pavilion for alfresco dining with views. Don’t forget to add dolphin spotting to the itinerary with Salt Dog Marine Tours - popular between June and August in and around the bay. For those looking to add a bit of adventure to their stay, whether you're a seasoned paddler or trying it for the first time, gliding over the water is a fantastic way to soak in the charm of 'The Ferry'. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks from the car park at the beach pavilion too during the summer months. The new cycle and pedestrian path along the coast will take you safely from Broughty Ferry to Monifieth (stretching 2.5 miles) - a project that has only recently been completed and is seen to be a fantastic bonus to the town. It allows biodiversity, landscape enhancements and public art programmes, making the town an even better holiday destination. From the apartment, you can gaze out over the historic Broughty Ferry Castle, a landmark that adds to the unique charm of your surroundings.
