Welcome to Goodwins, a cosy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom retreat in Swadlincote, thoughtfully decorated with cheerful yellow accents for a warm and inviting atmosphere. The home features a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Both comfort and convenience can be achieved in this stunning property with free WiFi available and flat screen smart TV. The property is a great base to explore the local area, where we have The National Forest trails, Conkers, Twycross Zoo and Gulliver's Kingdom all close by. IMPORTANT:We take great pride in our properties and, as such we are committed to protecting them, ensuring they are kept in first class condition for all our guests, present and future to enjoy. With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to insist all guests pay a refundable damage deposit prior to arrival. Upon booking we will ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then invoice you for the damage deposit. once received, we will forward your check in details prior to your arrival. Please ensure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in. Refunds will be processed 72 hours of departure providing no damage has taken place or any need for specialist cleaning and can take up to 10 day to appear in your account. Strictly no charging of EVs is allowed and if discovered will implement immediate vacation of the property No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter the property unless permission has been granted . The property is for the use of the registered guests only and no visitors or additional guests are allowed in the property without prior approval Strictly no smoking Strictly no parties or events.

Swadlincote is recorded in th doomsday book in 1086, it was part of the parish of Gresley more recently known as Church Gresley. Goodwins is located in a quiet residential area, close to dry ski slope and a short distance from Champney's day spa and Conkers. From the kitchen window, a tall chimney is visible. From the property, this is a 5 minute walk, there is a Morrisons supermarket, an eatery, cinema and a gym. .
