The property is set over three floors and the living areas consist of a kitchen/diner hosting a range cooker with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for 10 people and a woodburning stove, a utility with a washing machine and fridge, and a first-floor sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an en-suite bathroom, a second-floor king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside, there is chargeable parking available in the adjacent car park. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.1 mile, a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome here, however smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Kirkby Lonsdale is a charming market town in the middle of the Lune Valley, halfway between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The town was recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 and has a Market Charter from the 13th century. Today, Thursday is market day, providing an excellent chance for tourists to explore the town's unique individual stores as well as the numerous 17th and 18th century structures that still survive.
