Food is cooked in an open kitchen, where guests can see their meal being prepared. The menu changes seasonally, and is made with fresh local ingredients. Fort William Rail Station is a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Ben Nevis can be reached in just over 20 minutes’ drive, and there is a world championship mountain bike track at Nevis Range.
