IDEAL FOR walking the South West Coastal Path, cycling, swimming, surfing, sailing, local beaches, quaint nearby towns, the mysterious moors – A perfect base to explore South Devon – Add yoga and a treatment for ultimate relaxing getaway #DogsWelcome #AdultsOnly .... *EXTRA INFO ABOUT OUR PROPERTY & GARDEN SNUG* .... *Accommodation is room only (MEALS NOT INCLUDED). *Nearby restaurants and cafes can provide a selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. *Breakfast can also be delivered fresh, directly to you by Feast Kitchen, an excellent local catering/ food delivery company. *You are welcome to make tea/coffee with refreshments provided in your bedroom and outside snug. *Access to shared space with comfortable seating, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and glasses all provided. *Max 1 vehicle per room. *Max 1 (small-medium size) dog per room (please book in advance and pay GBP25 fee per stay, on arrival). *Two large private fields for you and your dog to enjoy. *No smoking, vaping, candles or incense. *Access property via key safe. *Anyone displaying unacceptable behaviour will be asked to leave. We (Donna & Marcus) moved to Devon in 2007, and to Merrifield House in 2020. We enjoy everything and anything outdoorsy - cycling, swimming, walking, yoga, stand up paddle boarding, boating, etc. We work hard and play hard - enjoying a fun yet peaceful life. We are here to help you enjoy your holiday - please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to help!
