We cant wait to welcome you to our lovely town house B&B . We hope we can make your stay super enjoyable and comfy. We are avid walkers, surfers and cyclists so can give you some great info and pointers on locations and destinations during your stay. We have extensive knowledge of the whole of North Devon and Exmoor and are very happy to chat to you about itineraries and trips for you to take whilst staying with us.

Property info

No 22 B&B is a newly renovated townhouse minutes from Barnstaple town centre. The house has just been fully refurbished from top to bottom with every room being completely redone. No 22 is a bed and breakfast which has a unique feel with our four bedrooms being all individually furnished with some bold statement furniture in a quirky but comfy and elegant way. The bathrooms are all wallpapered with stunning designs which make each room feel even more eclectic . We have a small but gorgeous dining room where breakfast is served We both love the hospitality industry and making your stay seamless and exceed expectations is our aim. For people who don't know we used to have the highly acclaimed B&B No 2 Broadgate until we sold it. Back again for more and we hope to welcome new visitors and old friends alike. Please note that we don't have our own parking but there are two car parks which have overnight parking within a couple of minutes walk to the house. We can offer a parking permit for those guests who are here for just one night. Both car parks are safe and well lit and have an abundance of spaces.

Neighborhood info

We are just a few moments to town with all its amenities. We can point you in the right directions for good food and bars to compliment your stay. Our road is a no through road so super quiet although not the prettiest. Please don't expect a beautiful aspect but what we lack on the outside we make up for once inside and we are just walking distance to town so no taxi needed when dining out. We are within half an hours drive of some of the best golf courses in the area, including Royal North Devon and the infamous Saunton Sands. The B&B is close to award winning beaches such as Woolacombe, Croyde Bay and Saunton sands to the north and Instow and Westward Ho! to the south. We are nestled in the heart of North Devon making us a perfect destination for your visit to this beautiful part of the country. Exmoor and Dartmoor are both easily accessible for day trips .
