*Family Home Overview* Refurbished to a high standard, this property features a large deck with a sunken hot tub, a Pergola area, with blankets, to enjoy in all weathers and a lovely fire pit to roast your marshmallows on (kindling and some starter wood supplied). Enjoy a spacious hosting area with a brand new kitchen, a dining table for 12, and two living spaces equipped with 65-inch TV's. The expansive garden is perfect for kids and dogs. *Sleeping Arrangements* All bedrooms are on the first floor: •⁠ ⁠Master suite with en-suite and super-king bed. •⁠ ⁠One room with a king-size bed and a single sofa bed. •⁠ ⁠Another with a king-size bed. •⁠ ⁠A flexible room with either one or two single beds (can be joined to form a king), with a private door to the main bathroom. •⁠ ⁠Bunk room with a double on the bottom and a single on top. Each room has a smart TV with Netflix, and kids can connect their consoles. There are two high-spec bathrooms: one main with a bath and shower, and one en-suite with a shower, plus a downstairs toilet. The living area is cozy with a sofa, pouffes for extra seating, and a decorative coal fire (not for use). The updated driveway accommodates multiple cars, ensuring convenient parking. *Privacy & Caretaker* The entire property is yours during your stay. A caretaker will be on-site from time to time to manage the hot tub if required and occasionally manage rubbish. They will not enter the property while guests are present. CCTV in operation on the outside of the property. *Noise Policy* To respect neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. Enjoy your time, but keep it down if you’re outside. Noise alarm situated outside the property. Dog(s) welcome - amount TBC, small fees apply after booking, please feel free to message prior.
