We have lived in the area since 2009 and purchased Pentire in 2018 for its location where we live in the winter months and between letting.
Informazioni sulla struttura
The property is on the coastal path of Polruan and next to the Main car park. You could unload at the property but it is easier to just park up on the car park with its easy 2 min walk to the property with no hills to climb but not suitable for wheelchair users or the infirm as it can be steep in places walking around.
Views over Fowey from the lounge, bedroom and terraced area where you can relax and enjoy your stay.
Bed linen is provided, bath towels are not.

Its a nice quiet spot, obviously no traffic other than the odd horn of the ship / boats and you can from time to time see a cruise ship popping in to moor over night.
Literally just a few steps to unobstructed views of the sea, harbour with the path running around the coast.
Walk or bus to Polperro (6mile) and Looe.
