中国“服务亲切，位置方便，距离火车站和温莎城堡都非常近。酒店后面的河里，每天喂天鹅成了一大乐事。早餐也比较可口，尤其是床非常舒服，是此行睡得最好的酒店，没有之一。酒店和乐高乐园有合作，订房可以提供门票优惠，这次虽然没去乐高乐园，下次有机会还想二刷。”

英国“地理位置靠近温莎城堡，床非常舒服，前台人员也很好沟通，早餐品种也还可以，只是要选择房间，不同的房间入住体验不同，感谢前台给我调整了房间，在马路对面3层，窗外就能远看到城堡，顶层也非常安静，也不临街。”

If you have reserved a rate that requires a deposit, for your security, the credit card used for pre-payment must be presented at check in. If the guest does not have access to the credit card, they must be able to provide an official form of photo I.D. i.e. Passport or photo driving licence, a copy of which will be retained by the hotel.
Offsite parking is available just a short walk away with an overnight charge or GBP 15 per car per night. Please note it is essential that guests call in advance to secure their post. If guests have not booked a parking space, the hotel recommends the car park at the Riverside Train Station, a couple of minutes walk away.
