Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle are within 10 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot. Each room has a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, iron and tea and coffee facilities. All have an en suite or private shower room with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Smiths Guest House is a 5-minute drive from the National Museum of Scotland and Holyrood Park. Grassmarket and Waverley Train Station are around 6 minutes away.
