En-suite large master bedroom with a double bed with separate private bath and shower. It’s a super a quiet and private corner property where you won’t be bothered by Neighbour and other residents. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Bringing unregistered visitors is not allowed and will be considered a policy breach, subject to a fee of two hundred and fifty pounds. If you wish to bring an unregistered guest, please inform us in advance. A refundable deposit is required for guests under 25, fully returned if there are no damages or additional cleaning needed. For last-minute bookings (within 24 hours of check-in) or reservations with a Birmingham postcode, a security deposit is required. Deposits may also be requested at our discretion. Late check-ins between 23:00 and 24:00 incur a fee. After 24:00, reservations will be marked as a No Show and are non-refundable. For late arrivals, please contact us in advance to arrange options.

Our place is next to Arcadian Chinatown, which is full of all types of Pubs, Clubs, Nightlife, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Tesco, Chinese, off licence, takeaways, anything you could think of already here is just at the doorsteps. Chinatown is a central location, just around a 5-minute walk from John Lewis EXIT from New Street station. Getting around is super easy; you would not find such convenience with all essentials at other places such as ours.
