No 1A The Stables is a spacious ground floor apartment (80sq mtrs) ,which sleeps 4 either 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults It is set in the beautiful Cain valley with stunning views around the town .The entrance is a wooden gate opposite St Myllin's church. The apartment is is part of a converted stable courtyard .There is a covered porch with a seating area where smoking is permitted by the front door. The apartment comprises of a large living room with delux sofa bed ,TV , gas fire and is fully centrally heated. Large fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker ,dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A double bedroom with king size bed and TV. The bathroom has a shower & medi bath. Easy access & wheelchair friendly , no steps, one or 2 small well behaved dogs with bedding welcome . Internet access is available ,password supplied
The countryside is second to none with stunning walks (The Lonely Tree ) , horse treking lakes and many more outdoor activities , see brochures . The famous Lake Vyrnwy and Llanrhaeadre waterfall are 20 minutes away. All dog owners will be pleased to hear the town has a dog walking field with access to a beautiful river if your dogs like to swim, all a few minutes from the apartment .The town has a leisure centre with swimming pool ,squash courts , gym and tennis courts. St Myllin's holy well is just a few minutes walk . Car parking in the street at permitted time and a large free carpark next to Spar. The town has a surgery, hotel, 3 friendly pubs, 2 cafes, restaurant, fish + chip shop, spar, daisy blue boutique, wishing well gift shop, butchers and a Laundrette. House rules : No smoking inside the apartment ,no parties or events and as there are neighbors, no unnecessary noise . Llansanfraidd is only 10 minutes drive from Llanfyllin, has 2 pubs , a restaurant , an Indian restaurant/takeaway ,petrol station , cafe and fish and chip shop. Llanrhaedr is 20 minutes drive from Llanfyllin , with Indian restaurant/takeaway , cafe , 2 pubs and the stunning Llanrhaedr waterfall.
