Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. . Back garden with patio and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The Nest is a delightful, comfortable apartment located just moments from the heart of the wonderful market town of Helmsley. Set over two floors, you enter the property on the ground floor which offers a well-equipped, well-presented kitchen area with a breakfast bar should you not wish to dine out in the many restaurants/cafés close by. Up one flight of stairs you are greeted by a good-sized double bedroom with plenty of storage for your stay. Next to the bedroom is a lovely shower room which also features a heated towel rail. On the same floor you have a delightful living area with a comfy sofa and large smart TV, this also boasts a table and chairs. To the side of the property is a small outdoor seating area where you can have a glass of fizz in the summer sun or a coffee whilst taking in the fresh morning air. Stylish decoration and furnishings throughout you will find a cosy and peaceful retreat to come back to after a day exploring what this stunning area has to offer. With the apartment situated in the heart of Helmsley, the local pubs, restaurants, cafés, shops and Helmsley Brewery are within easy reach.
