Our family home was designed and built by us in 2016 and is a certified Passiv-Haus. We love the large open-plan living which is perfect for entertaining and get-togethers. The large patio area and garden are great for relaxing at home, having BBQ’s or just to enjoy the countryside.
You will not be short of amenities here or things to do as you will even have access to a tennis court.
Our house is a great base to explore many tourist destinations such as Stonehenge and Winchester.
Our family will be off on our travels, however one of our parents lives in the annex above the garage, and the other lives next door. Our cleaner will be available if needed, as well as our maintenance man.
We are in a lovely rural setting, in a small village located just outside of Andover, Hampshire. We are perfectly situated between Winchester, Salisbury and Thruxton Race Course. We are also very close to Highclere where Downton Abbey was filmed.
There are a few pubs within walking distance, a lovely Indian restaurant and a garden centre.
There is lots of places to visit locally, including the Hawk Conservancy Trust, Finkley Down Farm and Stonehenge.
