Prior to arrival guests will be emailed full instructions on how to reach the property and they will be given a code to open the main gate and another code for the key safe where the keys will be deposited. They will also be given 2 telephone numbers to call in case of any problems.
There is no staff on site and there is no maid service.
Please note that the name and address of the reservation must match the name of the card holder and billing address.
Please note that payment must be from the original card, and the cardholder must be present.
