On the first floor of the villa its located 10m2 entrance area, 20m2 kitchen, 20m2 TV area, 70m2 dining area, WC and laundry. On the second floor is located 3 double bad rooms, 2 rooms with one large and 1 standard bad, and one double room with one large and two standard beds, so there is 6 autonomous bed rooms with WC/shower and own balcony. More comfortable for big family's. There is 400m2 yard and free parking.
