Atrium is a modern ski-in/ski-out apart-hotel in the “New Gudauri” complex. The hotel offers a well-developed infrastructure, modern restaurant and bar, spa center and swimming pool. Security and concierge service is available for all guests 24/7. This apartment has an individual ski-depot right in the entrance of the building..

Sky storage (for two pairs) on the ground floor , for free. Apartment is located in a new center of "New Gudauri". Few minutes walk to the Gondola. Nearby, there are various cafes- bars, restaurants, market and casino; ski equipment rental stock.
