A functional family house in the village, right in front of the sea, where three generations have lived. Today, it is managed by the 4th generation of the family, which renovated it in their personal taste. Its fine as well as comfortable interior has maintained several architectural features of its past while combining its restored and brand new furniture in harmony. The rooms The house consists of a double room with a king size bed, a twin room, a separated living room that converts to bed up to two adults and a dining room with a six seater dining table. All rooms are air-conditioned. The house’s renovated kitchen contains a cooker, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a filter coffee and an espresso machine as well as all necessary cooking utensils. Two bathrooms add to the house’s comfort. Linen, bath and body products are included. Wi-Fi and television are also included. Take a sit in the balcony leading to the main entrance and enjoy your morning coffee or a late night drink gazing at the Pagasitikos Gulf. Dive into the sea nearby and return to relax in the sun on the front yard.

Kala Nera is a village at the seaside 18 km away from Volos. The blue of the sea together with the green of the olive trees surrounding the village enchants its tourists at their very arrival. A great number of services are provided to the visitors, who may choose among numerous restaurants, taverns, cafeterias and bars located along the central seaside street of the village. Tasteful local products among others can be found at the supermarket, the grocer’s and the butcher’s while in summer you have the chance to buy fresh fish sold at the village’s jetty.
